Crawl/Walk/Run
A Moment
Worth Acting On.
Next Level Parks is at an important point in its growth. The company has evolved beyond its earlier positioning and now has the opportunity to build a more mature brand, stronger digital presence, and more intentional growth system that reflects the level of work already happening in the field.
From our conversations, the opportunity is not simply to "do marketing." The opportunity is to build a phased relationship where KM Digital helps Next Level Parks capture the work, tell the story, mature the brand experience, and then build the systems needed for long-term growth.
Rather than trying to do everything at once, we recommend a structured ramp-up approach that prioritizes the right work in the right order.
Priorities From
Our Conversation.
A few clear priorities emerged that shaped everything in this proposal.
Where Next Level
Parks Stands Today.
The raw material is already there. What's needed is the right system to capture and communicate it.
Strong project visuals and highly marketable installations that most competitors can't match
A differentiated story in a category where most competitors market themselves poorly
High-value commercial opportunities and a growing client base
Existing credibility through notable projects, clients, and industry positioning
A pipeline of future work that can fuel ongoing content and website growth
Core commercial pages are thin and underdeveloped not positioned to support trust or conversion
Google Business Profile appears to be missing a significant local and entity signal gap
Brand and entity signals are weak the business is harder to find and verify than it should be
Technical SEO and page structure need work missing schema, underdeveloped architecture
Existing content and case studies are not positioned to fully support discoverability or conversion
Crawl /
Walk / Run.
A phased model where each stage builds on the one before it creating momentum in the right order, not all at once.
Capture
Brand Experience
Partnership
Crawl.
This phase is designed to start where the opportunity is most immediate: the live work already happening across active projects. The goal is to create a consistent system for documenting the projects Next Level Parks is delivering and turning that work into high-value brand assets supporting case studies, website updates, proposals, LinkedIn content, and future growth initiatives.
- Capture planning tied to active project schedule
- One or more planned project shoot days per month
- On-site photo and video capture
- Drone / fly-through style footage where appropriate
- Client testimonial capture where appropriate
- Recurring production coordination and editing
- Delivery of clean, usable content packages
- Asset organization for website, proposal, and publishing use
For selected projects, a content package may include:
- 1× fly-through style project video
- 1× client testimonial video
- High-quality project photography
- Short-form cutdowns and teaser edits for LinkedIn
- Packaged asset set presentable to the end client
- Colorado Springs New Trampoline Park
- Virginia New Soft Play Center
- San Antonio Altitude Retrofit
- Surprise, AZ New Trampoline Park
- Anchorage, AK New Trampoline Park
- Columbia, MO New Attraction Park
Commitment
Capture
Cost Sharing
- Share content with the client at no cost as a relationship-building value-add
- Allow the client to use content for their location launch or promotion
- Charge the client for usage to help offset a portion of production investment
Walk.
This phase is about going all-in on the brand experience and digital foundation. Based on the evolution of the business and the findings from the audit, our view is that the best long-term move is likely a strategic rebuild rather than incremental patchwork improvement. The business has matured. The story has evolved. The market opportunity is broader. The website should reflect that reality.
Rather than simply refreshing the current site, this phase is intended to help reintroduce Next Level Parks to the market through a stronger, more premium, and more differentiated digital experience.
The current site presents meaningful opportunity. The audit surfaced issues around thin commercial pages, weak entity signals, missing Google Business Profile, missing schema, and broader technical/content gaps. But beyond the technical findings, the bigger issue is that the current site does not yet fully communicate the maturity, story, and differentiation of the business as it exists today.
The next website should not simply look better. It should help position Next Level Parks as a stronger, more credible, more memorable player in the market.
- Brand refresh as needed
- Messaging refinement and positioning support
- Visual direction and upgraded brand presentation
- Integration of new project photography and video
- Website strategy and information architecture
- Full website redesign and development
- Technical SEO implementation and foundational search improvements
- Improved project storytelling and case study structure
- Conversion-aware page planning and UX improvements
- Migration to a KM-managed hosting environment, if approved
Run.
Once the content engine is running and the new website / brand experience is in place, the next stage is to build the broader marketing and growth system around it.
This is where KM serves as a more integrated strategic and execution partner, helping guide communications, publishing, website stewardship, and growth activity in a more coordinated way.
- Quarterly CMO-level strategic leadership
- Communications planning and publishing cadence
- Website oversight and ongoing improvements
- WebOps / hosting oversight
- Growth planning and execution
- SEO expansion and organic growth support
- Campaign and content planning
- Asset repurposing across channels
- Reporting and optimization
- Broader marketing leadership across creative, digital, and growth initiatives
This phase is built around an integrated marketing and growth team that can help Next Level Parks move from strong assets and a better website into more consistent long-term execution. The core team may include:
This stage is designed to activate the value created in the first two phases and support more intentional long-term growth beginning in 2027.
An Extension
of Your Team.
KM would work as a strategic partner and extension of the Next Level Parks team. That means this relationship is not about isolated deliverables or disconnected vendors. Strategy, capture, brand experience, website, communications, and growth should support one another.
Our goal would be to help Next Level Parks:
- Capture the work more intentionally
- Tell the story more clearly
- Present the brand more powerfully
- Build better systems for publishing and growth
- Mature the business's marketing foundation over time

How We
Move Forward.
The Potential
Is Real.
look like
the work.
Next Level Parks has the raw material to become one of the most compelling brands in its category. The work is strong. The story is there. The market is visual. The opportunity is real.
What is needed now is the right system and the right partner to help capture that value, communicate it well, and build on it over time.
KM Digital would welcome the opportunity to help Next Level Parks do exactly that.
Our goal would be to serve as a true partner to the team, bringing strategy, content capture, brand experience, website, communications, and growth together in a coordinated way so the business can move forward with greater clarity, consistency, and momentum.
We believe there is a lot of potential for KM Digital to become a long-term strategic partner that helps capture the work, tell the story, mature the brand, elevate the digital experience, and ultimately support the next stage of growth.
