Overview

A Moment
Worth Acting On.

Next Level Parks is at an important point in its growth. The company has evolved beyond its earlier positioning and now has the opportunity to build a more mature brand, stronger digital presence, and more intentional growth system that reflects the level of work already happening in the field.

From our conversations, the opportunity is not simply to "do marketing." The opportunity is to build a phased relationship where KM Digital helps Next Level Parks capture the work, tell the story, mature the brand experience, and then build the systems needed for long-term growth.

Rather than trying to do everything at once, we recommend a structured ramp-up approach that prioritizes the right work in the right order.

Phase 1 Crawl
Content Capture & Content Engine building a premium asset library and repeatable content rhythm.
Phase 2 Walk
Website Rebuild & Brand Experience a premium digital experience that reflects where the business is now.
Phase 3 Run
Marketing & Growth Partnership the systems, strategy, and support to fully activate the brand over time.
Timing
Content capture begins April 2026. Website Q4 2026. Full growth partnership in 2027.
002
What We Heard

Priorities From
Our Conversation.

A few clear priorities emerged that shaped everything in this proposal.

01
Next Level Parks is operating in a highly visual category and is currently underutilizing the amount of content that could be captured across live projects.
02
The brand story has evolved significantly, but the website and broader brand experience have not yet caught up to where the business is today.
03
Past experiences with marketing partners have required too much oversight and have not always reflected the right level of industry understanding, messaging quality, or results.
04
There is a real opportunity to build content that is short-form, engaging, story-driven, and useful across multiple platforms especially LinkedIn, the website, case studies, and proposals.
05
There is also an opportunity to create stronger systems so captured content does not sit unused, but instead supports the broader brand and growth strategy.
06
The right relationship should feel like a long-term fit, not a short-term vendor arrangement.
003
Opportunity Snapshot

Where Next Level
Parks Stands Today.

The raw material is already there. What's needed is the right system to capture and communicate it.

What You Already Have

Strong project visuals and highly marketable installations that most competitors can't match

A differentiated story in a category where most competitors market themselves poorly

High-value commercial opportunities and a growing client base

Existing credibility through notable projects, clients, and industry positioning

A pipeline of future work that can fuel ongoing content and website growth

Where the Opportunity Lives

Core commercial pages are thin and underdeveloped not positioned to support trust or conversion

Google Business Profile appears to be missing a significant local and entity signal gap

Brand and entity signals are weak the business is harder to find and verify than it should be

Technical SEO and page structure need work missing schema, underdeveloped architecture

Existing content and case studies are not positioned to fully support discoverability or conversion

About This Phase

This phase is about going all-in on the brand experience and digital foundation. Based on the evolution of the business and the findings from the audit, our view is that the best long-term move is likely a strategic rebuild rather than incremental patchwork improvement. The business has matured. The story has evolved. The market opportunity is broader. The website should reflect that reality.

Rather than simply refreshing the current site, this phase is intended to help reintroduce Next Level Parks to the market through a stronger, more premium, and more differentiated digital experience.

Why This Matters

The current site presents meaningful opportunity. The audit surfaced issues around thin commercial pages, weak entity signals, missing Google Business Profile, missing schema, and broader technical/content gaps. But beyond the technical findings, the bigger issue is that the current site does not yet fully communicate the maturity, story, and differentiation of the business as it exists today.

The next website should not simply look better. It should help position Next Level Parks as a stronger, more credible, more memorable player in the market.

Ongoing Hosting / Maintenance: $500 / month for managed hosting, maintenance, monitoring, and upkeep on KM-managed servers.

  • Brand refresh as needed
  • Messaging refinement and positioning support
  • Visual direction and upgraded brand presentation
  • Integration of new project photography and video

  • Full website redesign and development
  • Technical SEO implementation and foundational search improvements
  • Improved project storytelling and case study structure
  • Conversion-aware page planning and UX improvements
  • Migration to a KM-managed hosting environment, if approved

Recommended Next Step

How We
Move Forward.

01
Confirm the First Group of Projects to Prioritize for Capture
Identify which active projects from the current schedule should be first in the queue and begin building a production rhythm tied to project milestones from spring through late summer.
02
Align on the Desired Style and Quality Benchmark
Define the look, feel, and quality standard for project storytelling including what a strong fly-through video, testimonial, and asset package should feel like for Next Level Parks.
03
Structure Phase 1 Around the Active Project Window
Build the Phase 1 scope and capture schedule around the specific projects available from April through September 2026, so that the content engine starts with real momentum.
04
Plan Discovery and Strategy for the Website Rebuild
Begin website planning in advance of a Q4 start so that strategy, messaging, and direction work is well underway before development begins.
05
Identify What Growth Support Should Layer In Over Time
Establish what broader marketing and growth support should be added once Phases 1 and 2 are in place and how that shapes the Phase 3 scope heading into 2027.
010
Closing

The Potential
Is Real.

Built to
look like
the work.

Next Level Parks has the raw material to become one of the most compelling brands in its category. The work is strong. The story is there. The market is visual. The opportunity is real.

What is needed now is the right system and the right partner to help capture that value, communicate it well, and build on it over time.

KM Digital would welcome the opportunity to help Next Level Parks do exactly that.

Our goal would be to serve as a true partner to the team, bringing strategy, content capture, brand experience, website, communications, and growth together in a coordinated way so the business can move forward with greater clarity, consistency, and momentum.

We believe there is a lot of potential for KM Digital to become a long-term strategic partner that helps capture the work, tell the story, mature the brand, elevate the digital experience, and ultimately support the next stage of growth.
